Samantha Schoen is Head of the Client Platform at Wellington Management and a member of the CEO Leadership Team and Wellington’s Operating Committee.

Prior to joining Wellington in January 2026, Samantha was Global Head of Consultant Relations and Head of North America Institutional Distribution at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. During her 18-year career at Morgan Stanley, she spent 7 years in New York and 12 years in London, and held senior roles in consultant relations, global marketing, institutional sales and private markets distribution, covering clients in North America, U.K., Europe and Asia.

Prior to that, Samantha worked in Australia as the retail investment product manager in the wealth management division of Suncorp Australia and practiced as a banking and finance lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jacques, Australia.

Samantha received a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Law (Honors) from the Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Sydney. She is also a qualified solicitor.
