4 Pines was born over a decade ago from a casual conversation between father and son, post surf, who simply wanted an exceptional beer, but options were limited. It presented the wider family an opportunity to do something together; to build a small brewpub, introduce others to an exceptional beer and brewpub experience they had never seen before, build a little community where all were welcome and make some friends along the way.
4 Pines, was and continues to be built on throwing convention out the window, using alternative methods to measure success and having fun while we do it. We have learnt even the smallest of businesses can change the game and for us, it’s about leading in and being known for Employee Culture, Customer Experience, Innovation, Environmental & Social Responsibility and Exceptional Beer.
This innocent conversation that evolved into a brewpub became the foundation of a lifelong journey with family, friends and the community to restore the fun in people’s lives and forever challenge what the world imagines business should be. From here, we will keep on doing what we know best, to create, share and perpetuate Australia’s leading locally famous and globally celebrated beer company.

Our meringues kisses are gluten-free and dairy-free, hand-made in Melbourne. We source our ingredients within Australia, and bake in small batches to ensure the freshest quality meringues.
Although the exact origin of the Meringues is disputed, some say the first record of the recipe dates to 1720 in the town of Meiringen near Bern, Switzerland. Other historians, however, claim that France’s Chateau Versailles was already serving meringue by the time the Swiss became interested in the French Kingdom.
These light and crunchy meringue kisses can be used for Vacherin, a cousin of the Pavlova, or added to all sorts of creams and cake decorations. Let your creativity take over in the kitchen, and simply impress your guests with an elegant dessert.

Coffee MIO is a family owned and operated coffee roastery. Established in Melbourne, in 1965, we’re passionate about producing the highest quality coffee, consistently.
ESPRESSO is Coffee MIO’s signature blend. Developed over 50 years ago, this blend encapsulates all that is Melbourne coffee culture. A base of Brazil ‘Santos’ lends depth and body. Coffees from Papua New Guinea and Costa Rica offer notes of rich chocolate and nuts. A small quantity of high grade, Indian Robusta, adds a clean strong kick. Best enjoyed black or with your choice of milk.

Smoked salt has been a favourite Scandinavian seasoning for centuries, dating back to the time of Vikings who infused sea salt with smoke from native wood fires. The Olsson family has continued this proud Nordic tradition by smoking their Australian sea salt flakes, from South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, over native river red gum (eucalyptus camaldulensis) for 72 hours in the traditional northern European style at Pialligo Estate Smokehouse, Canberra. The smoking results in a unique salt enhanced with the aromatic and complex characteristics of the Australian red gum wood. Made in collaboration with Ross Lusted. Olsson's Red Gum Smoked Sea Salt adds a rich, smoky flavour to everything from meats, poultry and seafood to salads, soups, sauces and vegetables.

The world’s most unique water, 2000 years in the making
Deep below the picturesque Mornington Peninsula at the base of the world’s oldest continent, Australia, lies one of the deepest and most ancient aquifers ever discovered.
This water catchment, known as the Palaeolithic Basement, is 900 metres below the ground and measured at an astonishing 600 million years old. In an incredible 2000-year journey, a trickle of water pushes through layers of mineral-rich red soil to reach the surface.
From this natural and rare artesian spring, Three Bays simply harvests the overflow.
