On December 8, the American Australian Association’s New England chapter held a Boston holiday party, generously hosted by Adam Melonas at his food innovation lab, Chew. Australian bites, including mini meat pies, sausage rolls, Tim Tam mousses and individual pavlovas were catered by Visjna Varak, originally from Canberra, of Hostess Catering, Woburn, MA. Welcome remarks were provided by Charlie Grant, American Australian Association Board Member and New England Chair, and Chew Co-Host, Bronwyn Melonas. Special thanks to Steven Kammann, Chew’s Director of Supply Chain & Operation, for his warm hospitality and personal tour of Chew’s state-of-the-art facility.
