In March, the American Australian Association had the pleasure of hosting the Aurora Education Foundation US Study Tour and eight bright indigenous scholars for an informational session about our scholarships and studying in the United States. We were also joined by two previous American Australian Association – Aurora Indigenous Education Scholars, Brett Shannon and Bronte Gosper!
The Aurora US Study Tour aims for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to build networks of support and gain an understanding of their pathways for success at US universities. The group visited faculty and staff at Columbia, New York University, Harvard and MIT.
We have been working with the Aurora Education Foundation since 2018 and are excited to continue our partnership!
