Andrew Dudgeon AM was appointed to the American Australian Association Limited Board in November 2016.

Andrew is a Partner at global management consulting company McKinsey & Company. He is a leader in the Defence, Aerospace, Transportation and Infrastructure Practices. He has held Chief Executive Officer roles at three global aerospace and transportation companies, one in the United States and two in Australia.

He previously held senior command appointments within the Australian Army rising to the Rank of Brigadier. During his Military career he commanded operations of both Australian and Allied Forces in the Middle East and Afghanistan and flew a wide range of aircraft and helicopters.

Andrew was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for outstanding service to Australian Defence aviation. A keen sportsman, snow skier and active follower of both cricket and rugby union, Andrew is married to Hayley and has one teenage son, James.
