Start the new year on the right path with some relaxing Sunday yoga.
You’ll meet like-minded friendly Aussie women, while supporting a fantastic Australian business Humming Puppy at their central Flatiron location.
All skill levels are welcome at this beginner class—called the Foundation Hum—which includes breathwork, foundational movement, and meditation. The space is heated to 80 degrees F and centered around a soundscape “hum” to enhance focus. The session will end with a soothing sound bath.
