She led product management for Comscore’s Video Metrix, the world’s leading online video ratings service. Tania was most recently Comscore’s Chief Marketing Officer and EVP of Digital.

Tania founded Shareablee in February 2013 when she saw a new frontier emerging across social media. She was convinced that social data would fundamentally change how companies communicate and do business and dedicated herself to understanding what makes social content succeed. With Tania as Founder and CEO, Shareablee evolved from 3 people (in Tania’s living room) to a dynamic company of 60+ employees, boasting the world’s most extensive system of brand performance data across social platforms and industry-standard metrics that help clients navigate and win on social media. Dr. Lis Evered is an esteemed Associate Professor of Neuroscience in Anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medicine, NY, and holds a similar position at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Recognized as an Honorary Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, she has multiple leadership roles in scientific advisory panels and medical societies. She is an editor for two leading anesthesiology journals. Dr. Evered specializes in perioperative neurocognitive disorders, particularly postoperative delirium and its progression to dementia. She leads research teams in NY and Melbourne and was recently honored as The Australian newspaper’s Top Australian Researcher in Anesthesiology for 2023

Will is an Australian-born business intelligence consultant with a diverse background in Tax, Financial Operations, Marketing, and Consulting. He began his career in tax, then transitioned to J.P. Morgan as a graduate in their operations program. In February 2022, Will relocated to New York to work in Customer Success for Comscore. He later pivoted to a role in Enterprise Innovation Consulting at Cross Country Consulting at the start of the new year.

Emily is a dynamic communications and public relations leader specializing in architecture, design, and visual arts. Hailing from Newcastle, Australia, she began her journey in journalism at The University of New South Wales, eventually becoming Editor-in-Chief of the student magazine Blitz and interning at Marie Claire. A career transition took her from magazine publishing in Australia to PR roles in San Francisco and New York, the city she had always dreamed of working in. With nearly a decade of experience in New York, Emily has held strategic communications positions at leading design firms such as Clodagh Design, UpSpring PR, and BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group. Currently, as the New York Communications and Public Relations Leader for global architecture giant Gensler, Emily collaborates with clients across industries, championing Gensler’s mission to create a better world through impactful design.

Belinda “BJ” Jackson is a luminary in Human Resources and career development, holding influential roles such as Vice President of Australian Women in New York and Programs Director for the American Friends of the National Gallery of Australia.
