The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to our lives in many ways from concerns about our health and the health of our loved ones to disruptions to our daily routines and uncertainty about how and when life will return back to normal. During this period of heightened anxiety, it is imperative that we tend to our emotional health and wellbeing.

 

Join the AAA in partnership with Healthy Minds for a 45-minute webinar designed to provide practical strategies to deal with current stressors and challenges. Clinical psychologist and director of Healthy Minds, Dr. Tom Nehmy will share tips on how to have a healthy mind while working from home, in self-isolation, and dealing with COVID-19.

About Tom Nehmy, PhD

 

Dr. Tom Nehmy is an award-winning clinical psychologist with a passion for preventing psychological problems while also enhancing resilience and wellbeing.
